Problem:
When scanning exam sheets using an automatic document feeder,
the scanner will read sheets at an incorrect page size (Legal, 11 X 17, etc). Setting the page size in the printer interface does not work.
Resolution:
Upgrade to the latest version of the DDC Exam Scanner by clicking on "Check for Updates" when in the program. We have made some recent enhancements that enable the software to more reliably set the page size.
If updating to the latest version does not fix the problem, please submit a support ticket on this site and Data Driven Classroom will work to provide compatibility with your scanner.
